We went to Kanopolis Lake for Memorial Weekend. We opened our cabin for the season, fixed our air conditioner, pumped our septic tank and then sold it! At least we hope that we sold it. We have a lady who offered us a good price and so we spent our last day cleaning out all of our stuff. Then we got to thinking about it and now we are a little nervous because sometime's potential buyers think that they can finance the cabin, however, it's on leased land, so that is not an option. We didn't hear from her today...and now we're getting really nervous! I'm wishing that we would have waited to clean it out until the next time we went home, but we were just trying to get it ready for her as soon as possible. Keep your fingers crossed....because it's going to be a lot of work to put everything back!!!!
