We had a little girls day on the slopes on Sunday. We were up at 5am in order to get up to Copper Mountain by opening time. We parked by a ski lift thinking that we were being smart but apparently the ski lift only went to blue slopes....so we thought that we would start with that. However, as we started down them, we realized that it was too difficult for our first run and Kelli ended up going down on her bottom or just plain tumbling down with her ski's on! (she's thinks she has a concusion! ha ha) But then we found the right lift to get us to the green slopes and the day got better for us. It was pretty cold though. Oh yeah, and I-70 was at a stand still for what seemed like an hour. Meanwhile, Travis was at home taking care of the kids, cleaning house, doing laundry, etc.... He accomplised more than I do in one week!!! haha
